Job DescriptionMountain Pacific Insurance Services is a
multi-state independent Insurance Agency with fantastic benefits!
Currently we are seeking an experienced sales professional to work
from our Las Vegas office and expand our growth throughout Las
Vegas and surrounding communities.Mountain Pacific, an Acrisure
agency partner, is looking for a full-time Customer Service
Represenative. Customer Service Representative/Agent's must be able
to work closely with insurance carriers to ensure all proposals
submitted meet our client's expectations. All accounts must be
thoroughly maintained within the company's agency management system
Epic. The Account Representative are responsible for ensuring the
policies written by the insurance company are properly prepared and
provides the coverage which were presented to the insured within
the submitted proposal. All Customer Service Representatives are
required to cross-sell and make prudent recommendations to ensure
our clients are properly protected.Essential Duties and
Responsibilities:
- Overseeing an establish book of personal clients
- Gathering and compiling required documents for binding
coverages
- Negotiating renewal proposals
- Providing certificates, quotes, binders, endorsements
- Building strong client rapport
- Resolving issues This description is not meant to be

- 1 Year previous sales or service experience, required
- High school diploma or the recognized equivalent, required
